About the author (1998)

Albert Taylor was born in southern California and earned a degree in aeronautical engineering while serving in the United States Air Force. Taylor worked on such pivotal projects as the Stealth Fighter, the Strategic Defense Initiative (better known as Star Wars) and NASA's International Space Station program. He taught logistics at Cerritos College, and developed two prototype computers that led to the formation of Phoenix Computer Systems. While working on his scientific achievements, Taylor experienced, and later learned to control, out-of-body experiences. He eventually left science to become a metaphysical researcher. Taylor is the author of Soul Traveler.
