Although a detailed account of a financial transaction, this book reads as a dynamic novel. While describing the environment supported a $25 billion leveraged buyout, the tale never loses track of the colorful characters or the quick pace. Anyone interested in business can appreciate this suspenseful story and extensive research into this unbelievable event.
