Very interesting book. You learn and you have fun. It is an interesting mix of serious information and light hearted humor. An easy read and hard to put down. All of the chapters are broken down into great articles and followed with some humor. It makes for great late night reading. I enjoyed the entire book (especially the chapter on Chocolate!!!)
