User Review - JVioland - LibraryThingA wonderful work. As a reader, I came to appreciate Lincoln the man through the skill of Sandburg. Sandburg has so well erased his fingerprints from the biography that you are reading. Instead you are watching the development of character in the man who became arguably the greatest of Americans.
