Mimi Bean is a restaurateur, a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and the former owner of the Atlanta dining institution the Coach and Six Restaurant. Married three times, Mimi swears she caught all of her husbands with food. She splits her time between Atlanta, GA, and Costa Rica.
