This was my first Jiggs Kalra book and it's amazing. And when I say that, I mean the result of the recipes and the ingredients, and NOT how the book looks aesthetically. It has a few food pictures, but nothing too delectable looking. However, where the book really wins is the recipes, everything turns out to be amazing (yummy & deee-lish). Jiggs Kalra is a pioneer of Indian cooking and this book is a great one to add to your collection.
