About the author (2007)

Andrew Santella was born in Chicago and graduated from Chicago's Loyola University, where he studied American literature. He writes writes for magazines and newspapers, including GQ and the New York Times Book Review. He is the author of a number of books for young readers. He lives outside Chicago with his wife and son.
