About the author (2004)

Kurt Honolka, musical author and critic, worked for the Stuttgarter Nachrichten. As a translator and reviser of operas, songs and choral works, particularly by Smetana, Janacek and Dvorak, he was a committed spokesman for classical and contemporary Czech music.
