About the author (2009)

Mark Mitchell is lead pastor of Central Peninsula Church, a multi-campus church on the San Francisco Peninsula. He is a graduate of Denver Seminary and earned his doctorate at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Lynn, have three adult children and three grandchildren and live in San Carlos, California. His thriving ministry is an outgrowth of Ray Stedman s groundbreaking Peninsula Bible Church in Palo Alto, California.
