About the author (1999)

Romer Zane Grey was born in New York City in 1910. He is the son of Wester writer Zane Grey. His career mainly consited of adapting his father works for film and writing some Western stories. Many of his books used characters created by his father like Buck Duane, Laramie Nelson, and Arizona Ames. He died in 1976.
