About the author (2010)

Lilly has been deeply involved in self-development work since 1974, and has worked as a healer for the last 15 years. He trained in crystal therapy with the Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists before becoming a senior tutor in 1991. He has developed a wide range of new tree and flower essences, called Green Man Essences, that work with the healing spirits of plants.

Lilly has been working in complementary health since 1978 beginning as a teacher of yoga and astrology for healing. Her work now also combines kinesiology, color healing, and flower essences. She now acts as an advisor for complementary and healing groups.
