About the author (1999)

Clare Beaton worked at the BBC for eight years as an illustrator for children's television programs. Beaton has published nearly fifty books , including One Moose, Twenty Mice in 1998 and Mother Goose Remembers in 2000, both of which have attracted considerable praise.
