About the author (2001)

Li Hongzhi is a native of China. Due to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the authorities in the People's Republic of China, he emigrated to the United States. He lives in Flushing, New York.

Li Honghzi was among the nominees for the 2001 Nobel Peace Prize.
