User Review - Flag as inappropriate

An excellent book for those who would like to get full benefits of Yoga asanas. There is a clear explanation for each asana and also the areas of your body where you feel the stretch and the muscles involved. This book would have been more meaningful if there is a complete single page illustration of the different body muscles along with an indexing to asanas which result in working out of those muscles.
