RICK DOVE is the founder and Chairman of Paradigm Shift International and a prominent expert in the areas of organizational change and the agile enterprise. His work in the area of agility spearheaded the Twenty-First-Century Enterprise Strategy project at Lehigh University and popularized the concept of agility.
