Trance-formations: neuro-linguistic programming and the structure of hypnosis |

Probably the best book ever written on how to do non traditional hypnotherapy. The great thing about the book is that it teaches you algorithams or the underlying rules of hypnotherapy. You dont learn scripts but instead learn how to generate hypnotic communications as you interact with your client.Unlike Bandller's later modifications this book orients the hypnotherapist to the non verbal cues that the client is displaying throughout the hypnotic interaction-so it's an iterative process where the hypnotist acts like a biofeedback mechanism gradually pacing and leading the client to a resourceful state in which problem resolution can occur.
The book shouldn't be read once but many times over.
A masterpiece of hypnotherapeutic literature. The result of a never to be repeated synergy between Bandler and Grinder.
