About the author (1997)

About the Author Alan Neibauer is the author of popular books on computer software, a corporate trainer, and a consultant to companies both large and small. A graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a master's degree in Public Administration, he also has a B.S. in Communications from Temple University. He served as Chair of Computer Management Information Systems of Holy Family College in Philadelphia, and has developed software for the health care industry. When not writing, Neibauer enjoys practicing Tae Kwon Do by the New Jersey shoreline with his wife, Barbara.
