About the author (2002)

Les Krantz is the author of more than fifty books on a variety of subjects, including "The Best of Everything, America by the Numbers, The Job Rated Almanac", and "The Unofficial U.S. Census". Krantz is the founder and president of the book publishing firm Facts That Matter, Inc. and produces documentary films for Wildwood Films. He lives in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
