A brief, clear, thorough, and highly enjoyable approach to clinical microbiology, brimming with mnemonics, humor, summary charts and illustrations, from AIDS to "flesh-eating bacteria" to ebola, mad cow disease, hantavirus, anthrax, smallpox, botulism, etc. Excellent Board review.

A really, really good book. I'm studying for my medical school finals and I wish I had found this book years ago - I covered all of the gram positive bacteria in one day and feel confident with my knowledge of them; now going through all the rest. I highly recommend this book.
