STEPHEN GULLO, PH.D., is former chair of the National Obesity and Weight Control Institute at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and President of the Institute for Health and Weight Sciences in New York and Beverly Hills. Dr. Gullo is a frequent contributor to Allure magazine. He lives in New York City.
