About the author (2006)

Dr. Joel Block is a senior psychologist at the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center and is on the clinical faculty of Einstein College of Medicine. He is the author of fifteen books, and has written for popular magazines and appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio shows including "Today" and "Good Morning America."
