About the author (1991)

Barry M. Cohen Barry M. Cohen, MD, is a senior interventional cardiologist at Morristown Memorial Hospital, in Morristown, NJ. He is the principal investigator of numerous clinical studies related to the heart and its circulation, and has been a pioneer in bringing new technologies to patients. Dr. Cohen trained in cardiology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, in NYC; and in interventional cardiology at UCSD, in San Diego, CA. He is a past President the New Jersey Society of Interventional Cardiology, and a fellow in the American College of Cardiology, the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Cohen has authored and co-authored numerous scientific articles. Originally from Canada, he practices Associates in Cardiovascular Disease (AICD) in Springfield, NJ.
