This book summarises the workshops and presentations held during the 4th International Security Forum (ISF) in Geneva from 15 to 17 November 2000. It presents an overview of the themes and projects discussed during the conference.
The 4th International Security Forum was organised by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GSCP). It was the intention with this 4th ISF to create a platform for discussion and an exchange of ideas on academic, humanitarian, military and other aspects of security issues.
During the 4th International Security Forum, a wide range of topics were discussed within four tracks: I. European Security Policy; II. Humanitarian Dimension; III. Security, Arms Control and Civil Society; and IV. Information Technology.
