I read this book more than 15 years ago...after which I lost my copy when we shifted our residence several times...have been desperately searching for this book, but am unlucky so far.
This book is
a delight to read...crisp, heart-warming and funny. It has several sections containing short stories, travelogues, articles etc...all written in R K Laxman's inimitable style and illustrated superbly, of course, with his own cartoons.
The short story section of course was my favourite and the language used is simple yet brings out emotions and situations magnificently.
Am trying to download an ebook version so that I can read it once again, but so far am not successful.
