My 3 year relationship ended about 4 months ago - I was a little heart broken to say the least. I needed some guidance on how to come away from it intact, because there were different ways I could go: I could learn and grow from the experience, or I could become bitter and resentful to her and towards woman in general. Reading this book has helped me to learn and grow from the experience. I'm a psychology student looking at Family and Marriage Counseling and this book offers a new, unique, and insightful message. Great for you and friends looking for tips on how to live through the ending of a relationship - this book is great.
