Laws of Money
1.- Value each and every dollar you make.
2.- Control every penny that flows through your life.
- Charity, yourself, taxes, shelter [house], daily expenses, auto payment, fun
& entertainment, insurance, misc, business, etc.
- Only buy what you wen in for {millionaire minute}.
- Write down everything you spent.
3.- Save Money.
- Put every extra dollar you have somewhere hard to reach, [e.i:mutual fund]
- Destroy your credit cards, before they destroy you.
4) Invest your savings.
- Have at least 3 months of living expenses on a safe bank account.
- Convervative: Mutual funds (many years) <no lowed/no comissions>
- Moderate:
- Risky: ETFs, Forex, etc
5) Making Money
- Start thinking of starting you own business.
6) Protect and/or preserve your money.
- Corporations, trusts and family partnerships.
- Never cosign a loan.
- Carry adequate liability insurance.
- Never serve on a board of directors.
- Never entere a partnership without a quick escape plan.
- Assume the worst and expect the best (aka; plan for the worst)
- Put your money in multiple baskets.

- The product you sell has to be on the top 5% of the products being sold.
Nothing Down (least amount of money to start)
Employee Resistant
- Try to find a business which generates the most moeny with the least amount of employees. (hire slow-fire fast)

Trend & Timing
- Make sure your going with what is hot or what is definitely going to be hot.
- Baby boomer trends <healthcare, investment advice, tech, specialty (couch potato products), entertainment>
- Moeny that will be made without you working.
Essential to everybody, everyday.
- Something that is necesary for everyone. (e.i: Real Estate)
- Try to apply to every product you sell (try to make them interchangable)
- Love what you do/sell.
Intrapreneurs: Influencing others, people take your advice easily? Like to give recommendations to others, are you a good spokeperson, enjoy selling your ideas, have enough value to get paid for them.
Skill: Influence & lead (likes to be on a team)
Jobs: Comission Salesperson, consultant, part owner, insurance agents, securities agents, network marketers
Extrapreneur: Artist? Do you enjoy creating, do you like to entertain.
Skill: Create or Entertain (residual income)
Jobs: Songwriter (royalties), actor, visual artist, game designer, celebrity endorser
Infropreneur: Do you like to organize information, enjoy teaching? can you explain complicated subjects easily... is it important to you to help others improve the quality of their lives... are you an idea person... brainstorming solutions to problems, do you like to write/read.
Skill: Organize & teach (makes money selling info)
Jobs: Authors, marketing consultants, franchisers, software creators.
Autopreneur: Do you enjoy finding bargains, comparing to make decesions are you a good saver, squeese the last ounce of benefit from a situation... like analysing numbers>
Skill: Analyze and Invest (looking for investments on products and services)
Jobs: Cash flow real estate, venture capitalist, mutual funds, tax loan certificates, etc.
Dollar cost averaging: The martes rises and lowers so invest on a month to month basis without worrying about how the market is doing. (only works for long term investing)
Tax Lien Certificates (great investment)
- You either get the property or a % of interest (14-50%)
- Texas has good tax lean certificates.
Silent partnerships on small businesses are good.

I think the book highlights many things that most people might not have thought about before. Unfortunately I think it's presented poorly in a haphazard way. I'm torn between giving two stars or three, but I think this book leaves a lot on the table for and hope a revision is in store. Read full review
