This report describes a set of congestion management system (CMS) monitoring procedures known as Travel Time with Global Positioning System (TTG). TTG allows users to efficiently process and store GPS travel time data. The report also includes an updated methodology for estimating required samples sizes and a new methodology to measure delay it signalized intersections.
