Not recommended. I believe some of the techniques recommended in this book might be re-traumatizing for some people. At best those with borderline TRAITS might find it helpful. Read full review

About the author (1997)

Joseph Santoro, PhD, is a licensed psychologist. He is cofounder and chief clinical and operating officer of Supervised Lifestyles Health System, a practice that operates residential and outpatient programs for sufferers of borderline personality disorder and other psychiatric disorders in Brewster, NY. Santoro is a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
