A very enjoyable book! It's longer and a bit darker (well, certainly less light and sweet) than a lot of Miss Potter's books. One of the great things about it is that even though Mr Tod and Tommy Brock are both unsavoury characters, they had variation. They weren't completely evil. Read full review

Children's fiction. Just for fun, and because I said I'd list all the books I read. This book had been read to me (probably many times) before this year (2001). Read full review
