About the author (2003)

Suzanne Ferrara is an artist, chef, and yoga instructor who was part of the original development team for the reknowned raw food restaurant Roxanne's in Larkspur, California. She formerly owned a juice bar and restaurant, was a purveyor of a natural food store, and was head of her own vegetarian/vegan cooking school. She lives in Little Rock, Arkansas.
