About the author (2006)

Gregory Joujon-Roche is the founder of Holistic Fitness, a state-of-the-art fitness studio in California. Since its inception in 1994, Holistic Fitness has grown to include a team of the finest doctors, cooks, masseuses, yoga instructors, martial artists, and fitness experts available.
Cameron Stauth has written 22 books, including several national and international bestsellers. Among his books are The New Approach to Cancer and Brain Longevity.
