Marilyn Nathan is an experienced trainer and educational consultant in the field of leadership and management, and Ofsted inspector for both primary and secondary phases. Marilyn has worked with a wide range of schools and colleges throughout Britain and abroad. Her books providing practical and accessible guidance for teachers in leadership roles include Pastoral Leadership (Routledge, 2001) and A Handbook for Headteachers 2e (Kogan Page, 2000) and The Headteachers' Edu-fax 3e (The Curriculum Publishing Company, 2009).
