fun book to read. helped get back out the door running again. have not yet gone barefoot, but have changed my stride some. it did help me understand that man was BORN TO RUN!

I really enjoyed this. Several interesting facts, like women's rate of finishing the Leadville 100 (over 90%) vs men's (about 50%). The logical argument against cushioned shoes was highly convincing as well. Reading this book made me want to run. Read full review
