Reviewing Volume 19 issues 3-6 of the -magazine- Vanity Fair- which has to get stuck in somewhere among the 715 reviews of the novel Vanity Fair- have to say that Aldous Huxley's review of the Salzburg Festival 1922 in which Ernest Bloch's 1st violin sonata (1920, pub 1922), and works by Arnold Bax (spelled Box there?) and Arthur Bliss, were performed, stood out...
