It's over 100 years old and unfortunately entirely outdated. Nothing about digital law, obviously, or modern securities law (stock markets) or any of the legal changes wrought by two(!!) world wars appear herein.
Great book with good definitions that are clear and concise. I am happy to see an alternative to Black's Law Dictionary.
