User Review  - Allison - Goodreads

This is an interesting book but didn't go deep enough for me, I think because it's an autobiography of sorts, and not written by a trained doctor or psychologist who might offer more insights. I also think the science on this stuff is changing rapidly which makes the book slightly dated. Read full review

User Review  - Felicity - Goodreads
