The Council^ shall consist of a President, nine Vice-Presidents, and twelve Members of Council, two of whom shall hold the posts of Secretary and Treasurer ; and any four, including the Treasurer or Secretary, shall form a quorum.

No work shall be supplied to any Member unless his Subscription for the year be paid ; and any member not having paid hie subscription for two years, having received notice thereof, shall cease to belong to the Society.

In case of equality of votes, the Chairman to have a casting vote. Any Candidate may be elected with the consent in writing of one Member of the Council, the Treasurer, and the Secretary. 4. Three Members of the Council shall retire in rotation annually, but shall be eligible for re-election.
