Excellent book, in terms of comprehensiveness. Deals with the intricacies of the topic with lots of examples and counter-examples. The problems are of very good quality. In one word, a classic.
Understanding classical nature of our our macroscopic world is however seems monotonous. since we are continuously aware from it from our school days it may seems from and to Newtonian nature but there are several other physists like Langrange, De'Alembert, Hamiltonian who impart sufficiently in these areas understanding them is a fascinating and challenging. This book really deep insight into these ideas it also peeps into Ehrenfast theorem which a link between Classical and Quantum world. Lets try it.
