I'm done reading this series. I had hoped that by the 3rd book it would get better, but I was wrong. So many things about how the females act just don't flow well with me, I've felt this before in other books with a female lead written by a male. I own over 3000 books, so onto something better. GARRISON ALLEN has been a Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi, an English instructor in Ethiopia, creative director for a public affairs and advertising agency, and a tank commander in the Marine Corps Reserve. He now lives quietly in Long Beach, California with his placid black cat, Oliver, and is at work on the next mystery in his winning "Big Mike" series.
