I bought many books before my wedding dealing with every topic imaginable, maybe 25 books. I got rid of all of them with the exception of Wedding Goddess. Even if you do not consider yourself a "Goddess" type, it explains many seeming universal themes such as why your best friend, or sister suddenly starts acting out of character and how to deal with it and other peoples reactions regarding your wedding.
I give this book to everyone I know who is getting married! Everyone I gave this book to was so grateful and had these issues. It is an INVALUABLE resource. You will not be sorry you bought it. This book had an incredibly positive influence on me and my state of mind leading up to my wedding. Do yourself a favor and get this book.
