Theres a lot of information in this workbook but its easy to read and understand. My husband doesnt read much fiction and even less nonfiction but hes willing to read this since the information is presented in a succinct and informative manner. Read full review

Monica Ramirez Basco, PhD, is an internationally recognized expert in cognitive-behavioral therapy, a clinical psychologist in private practice, and a founding fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She is on the Psychology faculty at the University of Texas at Arlington, with a secondary appointment in Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Her books include bestsellers Never Good Enough and The Bipolar Workbook.
