I live in Thailand. I bought this book in 2006 at Changi airport in Singapore while waiting for a plane home. I was amazed that I had never seen it on sale in Thailand, then as I read, the plot began to unfold. The unprecedented intimate access that Stevenson was granted to His Majesty and the Thai Royal Family must make this not only the most accurate biography, but also one of the most revealing works of Thai society. May be out of print now. Robinson paperback, ISBN 1841194514 9.99 (UK)
