I just found this book in my parents basement I have not read it all yet but what I have read has helped....I have and unhealthy phobia of death and I can't live my life when I am always afraid that im going to die so i think this book will help me and i hope it does cause everybody dies but not everybody lives and that is what is happening to me im to afraid to live cause i am to scared to die so anyone who feels the same way should read this but take you time and highlight parts of the book and take notes and get into it dont just read it if you read things you dont fully understand highlight them and the try to understand i hope it will change my fear of death and can help anyone eles with the same issue
