The homes are built terrible. The company hires the cheapest contractors. The homes fail many building inspections during the homebuilding. These are some of the
problems my neighbors and I have experienced with the homes we bought: hot water takes a long time to get to all faucets, inside walls are textured, not flat, mold and mildew, protected trees are cut down on the lots, wall cracks, toilet leaks, roofs uneven and not ventilated, cheap light fixtures, bad electrical wiring, sloppy painting, doors to the outside of home are not flush with its frame and you can see the outside, the company's officers are rude and uncaring, floors uneven, cheapest materials are used, you can hear the vinyl siding flapping in the wind, cheap window screens that bugs get thru, warranty is a joke-you can't get their contravtor to come back, the company sends a handyman to do warranty work,
Dont buy a NLP Home. You will regret it the rest of your life
