About the author (2008)

JOY is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and the author of the "Essence" bestseller "Dollar Bill," She is currently at work on her next novel.

Kashamba Williams is a mother and social worker living in Delaware.

Before becoming a full-time author, Nikki Turner worked as a travel agent. She published her first novel, A Hustler's Wife, in 2002. Her other works include Black Widow, A Project Chick, Forever a Hustler's Wife, The Glamorous Life, and Riding Dirty on I-95.
