About the author (2005)

Mark Warda received his J.D. from the University of Illinois in Champaign. Licensed in Florida, he has written or coauthored over sixty self-help law books, including How to Form Your Own Corporation in Florida and How to Make Your Own Will.James C. Ray received his law degree from the Duke Law School. Formerly a partner in the Raleigh office of LeBeouf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, Mr. Ray is now a visiting lecturer in business law at North Carolina State University and a member of the faculty of the legal assistants' program at Meredith College in Raleigh. Mark Warda has been a Florida attorney for over thirty years. He received his BA with Honors from the University of Illinois in Chicago and his JD from the University of Illinois in Champaign. He is the author of over seventy self-help law books. Today Mark is continuing to update his books and running Land Trust Service Corporation. He lives in Lake Wales, Florida with his wife Alexandra and his three year old son, Mark David. James C. Ray received his law degree from the Duke Law School, and a Master of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University. He is a member of the bar in North Carolina and Georgia, and is a mediator certified by the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Mr. Ray resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he is a member of the faculty of the Paralegal Program at Meredith College. He has also served as visiting lecturer in business law at North Carolina State University and at Meredith College.
