I think every person including children must must read this book. If you read this book and follow it religiously then 50 percent of your diseases would go away and it's unlikely that you would ever get sick. Its the Bible of healthy living. Its a must read

Very good book. Really impressed by the way it has been written. Ne one can easily relate to the book. Well explained logics made me follow the instructions as soon as I started reading the book.

This book is Amazing... i followed all the 4 principles religiously n ''I LOST 5KG'' in a month !!! O.O ...though i was apprehensive about following this book and thought i 'll end up gaining weight :-P but this book proved me Wrong !!!!
Thanks Rujuta fr writing this book :-D i used to weigh 75 kgs previously n now i weigh 70 kg
