Page 7 - ORDER OF BUSINESS. At the annual meeting of the Association the order of business shall be : 1. The reading of the minutes of last meeting. 2. The address of the President.
Page 10 - All papers read at the meetings of the Association must relate to matters connected with the objects of the Association, and must be approved by the Executive Committee before being read, unless notice of the same shall have been previously given to the Secretary, as hereinbefore provided.
Page 6 - The Secretary shall issue notices to all Members of the Association at least fourteen days before each General Meeting, mentioning the papers to be read, and the business to be brought forward at the meeting.
