Carmen Rosa Caldas-Coulthard is Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Birmingham. Rick Iedema is Senior Lecturer in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine and Senior Researcher at the Centre for Clinical Governance Research at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
