This was a good book with the right amount of suspense for the setting and plot. While I had a feeling as to the possible outcome, I still wanted to know if I was right. I loved how Ashley grew in maturity and in her trust and eventual heeding of God's call. Read full review

I am a big fan of Traci Peterson, her books are so easy to read and follow the characters of the book through their lifes. This series was one of the first that the people from the first book didn't follow through. It was the location. Read full review

About the author (2003)

Tracie Peterson is a full-time author who has written or co-written over fifty novels in both historical and contemporary genres, including the WESTWARD CHRONICLES, the YUKON QUEST and the SHANNON SAGA series.

Tracie also teaches writing workshops at a variety of conferences on subjects including inspirational romance and historical research. She and her family live in Montana.
